How can I get star tickets?

You get a 6 star ticket from the monthly log in bonus
From Whale’s treasure (Event)
PvP RP rewards
And also if you get copy of Legendary that has +9 bonus

You’re a long, long way from the point where you’d expect to get tickets from +9 legendaries, so the best thing you can do is login consistently in order to keep getting those monthly tickets, and be ready for when pvp or Whale’s Treasure show up so that you can work your way up to 30 wins or 200 finns. It’s a slow process indeed, but the reward is mighty; Dusicyon, Floccosaurus and Goldtail are insanely valuable assets.
