Rexobone for sure. It’s unstoppable. I have a different choice. Cryowyrm or Cyberwyrm. I’m leaning towards Cyberwyrm because of time strike.
I’d say cryowyrm if you have some good water monsters to accompany him

I would think to evolve orcruiser to warca because his speed becomes level five and his health becomes level thirty nine and his attack and defense increase to level forty four at 120 stat gain per level

I think cruiser is the best out of those 4, compared to rex it has less rng involved to set himself up. Also, you shouldn’t forget that bloodthirst and bloodfury are basically the same since they both do more dmg the more kills the user has. With minimal support, cruiser can definitely set up and even sweep entire teams thanks to novablast and then repeated bloodthirsts. Also note that if novablast gets 4 kills your bloodthirst will be doing ALOT of dmg as opposed to rex who will need to first get 2 kills to get going (his sudden death ability is very luck based and can backfire on you and timestrike isn’t as reliable as novablast. Not to mention rex has much less bulk and can get taken out much earlier than cruiser.
Btw I saw the post you made that you already evolved rex but imo cruiser should definitely be your next priority, just my 2 cents.
I’m getting far more one hit kills with my blood fury monster. And my Rex only needs ONE kill to get him wreaking havoc. My Warca on the other hand isn’t doing the same level of damage until it kills close to Four monsters. Fury seems to bypass defense. Just my two cents.

I have the feeling that my Rex only need 1 kill to start his blood fury. Still testing, not confirm yet.
Rex only needs one timestrike kill to activate blood fury, then its a one hit kill machine, i have a heal, protect focus and stealth team mate monster surrounding him so he stays alive. The only monster i cant one hit right away is protect focus monstets or defense orientated ones. If i had to choose all over again, i would still evolve rexo 
Rexo work well with monster like Tiamad (poison eater). Those who left 1 hp (like the protect focus monster) will immediately die because of poison:)
Eeeee I want a Rexo. Any other monsters have bloodfury that anyone can think of?
Bloodfury is the best of the best. It is a bloodcrave without reflection.

1 - Orcruiser to Warca?
2 - Rexobone to Rexotyrant? ( I’m pretty sure to evolve that one )
3 - Angelon to Serapheon?
4 - Mysticorn to Sanctallion?
5 - Gigarock to Dragaia?

Whenever I wonder which monster I should evolve? I always ask: What type of team do I want? Based on the monsters you listed you have a lot of options.
First, Coalknight
Coalknight can hit hard in the right set up. However, he’s really useful in a token lineup. Where you need to provide either duplicates or rockoids. However, because of this he always have to keep in mind how many monsters are left in your lineup and is it worth it. When fully evolved he has Hold Ground/Twin Summon Entrance/Double Energy Burst/Step Back/ Devour Charge/ Ultrablaze. So, if you have other monsters that can support and protect him while he charges then choose him. If not, wait.
Darkrider
One of the lords of a comeback! He’s really good in any spot in your lineup. But, he really shines at the end. If he can get his Desperate double off, it’s night night for your opponent. He’s one of my favorite monsters to use. He’s flexible and resourceful.
Shadowstalker
Yes, one of favs! She is my heart. Shadowstalker is really good for sleep groups. Since she can help support other sleepers and death sentencers. (Sentencers is that a real word? 
) Anyway, in the right team she can sweep the opponent out of the match. So this is another legendary I would recommend to level.
Freeznix
Did someone say Nebel combo, say what?! Freeznix, if used correctly, can help you defeat a lot of opponents and finish a lot of events. Protect+ Create Duplicate+ Death Revenge = Suicide. In PvP Nebel is meh…
Subliathan
I believe this is a legendary TT(Team Turner). If so, it’s very useful in any lineup.
Hydroloch
Another good sleeper who can sweep a team in the right setup.
In short, it depends on what type of team you want to make.
