I can’t battle Madame Sariel because no matter how many times I tap on start nothing happens. Am I supposed to be a certain level or have a certain cost?
I have no issues with anything else and can enter online things as well as explore the islands but I can’t continue the main story.

Also, I dare say you are an imposter, sir. You are not the lord of the pie as I am known through out the land as the greatest consumer of pie. I must insist you cease and desist using my title, or else settle this with the old ways: a pie eating contest.

Restarting as in restarting my phone or using the restoration code? I will turn off the phone and see how things are in the morning.
Only an impostor of pie would need to declare his pie-ness! I put it to you good sir that it is you that is the impostor!
Hmm that sounds like a really weird bug. There has to be a fix for it somewhere out there.
I will keep trying different things and if something works I will let you know.

I’m actually past the first two battles, but I have the same problem at the third battle(Captain Joanna Maedel). Is there a way to fix this? I tried using my restoration code and reinstalling the game but neither of those worked for me.

Offline story in general seems to be not working. I can’t start Invasion of Othlon either.
I am new, been playing for almost 2 weeks now.
I haven’t found anything yet but there has to be a fix for it. Maybe the new updates caused it?
My main campaign works. So maybe it’s the earlier missions?

We have determined the cause of this bug, and will be updating as soon as possible.
We will have an update out for android later today, and will be updating iOS as soon as apple approve our update.

We have be able to fix all story events after the grand four without updating, and have now done so (You may need to restart to see this fix).
As for the grand four story missions, we will be required to update to fix these, and are currently in the process of doing so.
All online events are fine, so please enjoy those whilst you wait!
If there are any missions you cannot player other than the grand four and the mission directly after them, please let me know.

We have just rolled out an update to fix the grand four fights to Android, there will be no forced update, so please go to the play store to update. (May take some time after this post for you to be able to see the update).
Unfortunately we have to wait for Apples approval before we can update for iOS, but this usually takes around 24hrs, so I believe we will be able to update at around 6AM UTC (EST 2AM, JST 3PM), but will keep you guys updated on when this update can be released.
After we release the Apple update, you will be able to see the yellow update button, and we will also keep the news up-to-date on the progress of this fix.
