I remember the time when there were no mythics. I have been playing this game since 2016. When the devs added the mythics (Like Drakion, Onyxia), It refreshed game had to offer. I got invested again with a replenished sort of spirit. Don’t get me wrong, I like this game for its mechanics, gameplay, story, graphics, longevity, and unique designs. I am currently Hero Rank 179. I never quit this game, just take long breaks that’s for sure.

I only joined this forum to refresh this topic and bring attention back to it, before we are made even more desensitized with these designs.

When the most powerful entities in a monster-collecting world are girls in bikinis, barely covering their genitals, rather than mythical beasts or ancient dragons, the world-building and lore feels betrayed. I must commend the graphics for monsters they made in this game, really talented and diverse ideas. But why did this game descend to this depravity so as to make it a near prn waifu trainer?

Certain respected members of the forum pointed out how one cannot even recommend the game to anyone because of its lewd designs, and cannot play in a public setting without others feeling of the player as some sort of creep. Content Creators cannot make videos on popular platforms without getting it age restricted so it misses out quite a lot of promotion and genuine recommendation.

I am voicing this because I care about the game’s identity. I urge the developers to stop this unwanted trend and return to a design philosophy that prioritizes mythical monsters over fanservice.

The filter barely covers new monsters, many are skipped, rest initial form replacement feels like a insufficient fix, like a blockade on a damaged road. The monsters like Yukihime, Brynhildr etc are very decent, Which means the developers can certainly improve the design of the monsters even waifu designs.

The art team is clearly talented, but the shift toward vulgar “waifu” designs—where the most powerful entities are girls in bikinis rather than mythical beasts—is disappointing. It has turned a great game into a shallow waifu trophy collector pay to win, backstabbing the very greatness and lore that built this game. I feel like this game is consistently going towards a direction which (at least the player base on this forum) do not want.

With AI being much more advanced now than ever before, can we expect alternate decent designs made for NSFW mythics for all players in general? (Not make it into a pay to cover body thing please :frowning: ) It will really replenish such a loyal player base. I am sure AI can be put into good use for this purpose and can revive the spirit of the game for those who liked it the way I described. Kindly point this to devs by tagging them.

Indeed you are right. There was much discussion on this for sure but I think it did not draw a significant conclusion, just a weak censor, a temporary fix.

But in these 2 years, AI has advanced by ten folds. New and diverse possible solutions can be drawn using it now which were perceived too difficult or impossible last this topic was dicussed. :slight_smile:

The last Hazuki’s Style is a very bad sign. I thought those new styles were what the community was asking for—less lewd looks for the waifus. Instead, we already got the same suggestive and nude Hazuki version. The previous two were cool and acceptable.

Indeed. previous two were the hope. Also making those styles be included in free to apply optional censor in option menu instead of making them ‘purchasable or exchangeable via a new currency’ would be great :). I mean the censor applies those styles to the monsters instead of replacing them in infant form. Otherwise the style shop does not serve the purpose I think, it feels just another collectible trophy sort(ish), which is certainly not what the community intended.

If you notice, there’s a filter to censor waifus that show too much skin, and what about their clothing styles? They started recently, but so far I love the designs of Hasuki, Unicera, and even Charybdia, so the game isn’t bad if you look at it that way. While it has lost some of its essence since it started, it’s not bad to play with waifu girls; on the contrary, I love it. (Don’t get the wrong idea, I use the filter because I love their early forms.) I just don’t completely agree with you.

A Hazuki with an elegant samurai armor (pose fixed into something cool) would have been cool.

Sure. I also use that censor but it does not cover many girls :(. I think the clothing styles be incorporated to the filter/censor button eventually would be great. At the moment, the Style Shop serves just as a collector thing, not meant to substitute lewd designs completely.

What the game really need is a filter to every lady myth for the first form

I think most of the player dont care about the naked form, imo ill love to play with the chibi forms
