I was opening packs for this new amazing Cyclozar festival using 258 gems and I got only super epics and epics in the first pack, one legend in the second, and no legends in the third even though it says you get a 100% guaranteed legend. I’m not the only one that got this bug so I’m not trying to get free legends. Please give us the legend back!!
It happend to me as well, 1ste no legendary, second 1 legendary and 3rd no legendary.
I hope we can get our gems back!!

It happened to me too. I think it’s a bug because everybody only obtain one legendary on a 2nd pack
I guess devs need to give one legend for each player that open 3 or more packs :'D
They will compensate I got my gems back and I pull cyclozar.
I contacted Neo Monster on Facebook but I didn’t get anything back. Also gave them my Friend code

I was joking… but a legendary as consolation reward wouldn’t be bad at all… is it to much to ask for shadowkit?
Consolation? Some people try 24 packs without getting anything…
