I think too much has been changed for us to properly gauge how they will perform now. As Coltraz says, they still have almost all the stuff they makes them good. The TU increase on E.D. moves can be somewhat mitigated by pulling them back. However, I think it will be more noticeable than you would expect, especially since it was Keiser’s GT move that really got the chaining of attacks to flow together smoothly.
The solo aspect is also very hard to figure out just from reading… but we’ll see it a lot both in team building and when we play against them and choose to leave the last 1-2 alive. I reckon it will now be much easier to leave a couple alive.
I think the biggest change is how much E.D. Gronn has been nerfed. It’s way weaker than before since it doesn’t have hardened carapace and it has to catapult every time to do anything. One of the big improvements to the setup was when this became buffed.
So I reckon this update has probably done the perfect change overall. They’ll probably still be strong, but no longer stronger than most of the other FL options. I was also of the mind that they should make some mechanical change to the setup (e.g. change the un-targetable part, or make the 1TU pullback become something like 30TU) but if they can make it still play the same but be weak enough it’s not frustrating to play against then I’m all for it.
Obviously if they prove to still be insane then we should all ask for another nerf.
EDs are probably balanced now. The solo restrictions may not have that much of an impact, but their slowed sweeping moves means they’ll have much worse entrance control now. The earth ED getting demolished is also gonna hurt a lot. I would’ve preferred the sweeping moves stay the same while eflin rally gets a tu increase but this works too.
Tell me bro what then is left to play Lemon with? All of the sleep immune storm monsters are not viable.
You can’t play Selene with Vixen, Persephia could be played with Vixen and it was an awful combo that generated more rocks that synergized too well with Solo Slayerbane. I also didn’t like how Persephia interacted with Lemon (all of the rebirths). I think they made a good step making her just immune to enemies.
lemon has been nerfed indirectly with the cost increase of selene, and the change in pershephia @LemonSqueezy

To be fair the skill is named One on One, not Four on One. I don’t think it was designed to be abused by having your 4 monsters being immune to it.
If Persephia is not immune anymore, it makes no sense that Selene still is. I believe no fast sweepers should have that passive.
Yeah I was running a Persey Lemon combo for the rebirth lol. It was deadly. I only had second form though because F2P life so the RNG would sometimes get me.
I agree with you guys actually. Perhaps it should keep sleep immunity, but raise the TU instead. It does seem to be crazy strong.
Selene got a pretty hefty nerf. She’s slow to get going, which has always been the thing keeping her in check but now even more so. She’s definitely one of the top mythics in the game but I feel like she’s the most balanced of them.
Sleep immunity is a weird one on her… in theory it sounds OP but given that Vixenblade is solo there isn’t an OP way to run her right now. If they ever release a very strong OoO monster that can be played with Selene I think they should make it work like insomnia but for now all it’s doing is helping Lemon, Oniblade and Stratustrike be more playable (not Mantisamurai because that doesn’t synergise well).
it’s so sad that the vast majority of Sleep monsters in this game either revolves around:
gambling (whether it’s a random-target skill or a chance based Sleep skill)
OoO, which comes with its own fair share of RNG, while also being probably one of the least enjoyable strats EVER in this game
At least I’m glad they made Hypnotize a thing: a guaranteed Sleep skill, that however is restricted (whether by LINK or RAW) and single-use. Much more enjoyable than the alternatives

You are quite wrong if you think that the devs make changes to benefit the p2w, you have ignored the increase in cost of all the mythical ones. the EDs were broken that’s why they have been nerfed
Apologies for bumping again… Can we get rid of Remover from ED Keiser ?? Like this is just too stupid of a strategy. CW loses to one stealthbreak. This thing is just unstoppable cos they just remove gravity and do their thing along with Zephyricus or whatever that goat bish is called…
