My phone supports what is called “Dual apps” . So i can play 2 accounts on same mobile. Check if your phone supports this new feature . It’s available in recent phones though

In android 7 and up there is a feature called work profile in android. Use an app called “Shelter” to make this work. Simply download this app and Neomon from Google play and in “Shelter” app select Neomon and choose ‘clone app’.
You don’t need root or anything for this to work. It’s an official feature.
Just buy 2 phones

That app has ads & in app purchase and ask way too many permissions. The app I mentioned is completely free and open source, no unwanted permissions either.
I use blue stacks on my computer which is an android emulator.
I also have a phone, which supports my first account.
Additionally, blue stacks supports multiple instances of its self, but that will chew through your RAM.
Its probably against Neo Terms of Service but for Android the App that Laxtank mentioned called Parallel Space works so I’ve heard.
I have also heard that its complicated to link that second account to the pay store, so your parallel account may have to be F2P.
