Deleted Data glitch

So I just closed the app, and when I reopened it it started from the intro screen… Can you guys pass along the support email? I cant remember it. Really hoping I didnt just lose everything…

Do you have a restore code?? Because if you don’t it’s not very useful also the email is shoppersupport@zigzagame.net it’s mostly used for lost gems but I’m sure they’ll help you out, you could also try to talk to Ryan on the forum who is one of the admins which could help :slight_smile: this is the only way I could think of, it’s also the only email I found (you can go to the gem shop and it says report in the top right in the game)

We all have to save the restore code? or just if you plan to change device? im afraid of losing all my work

Hi! To answer your question, yes, we highly recommend that you save your restore code somewhere. In the event that something does happen to your save data, having the restore code on hand will greatly increase the chances of recovering your progress safely!
