Apologies if there is a thread on this, but I am not receiving any of the daily rewards on my account. Do you need to be at a certain rank or have cleared content up to a certain point?

No requirements, only being online and clicking the “claim now” bottom on the first screen.

Definitely have online access (I’ve completed online challenges today) - I just never receive the claim now button on the first screen
That’s another bug the devs don’t care about. Contact them via mail or facebook. They will fix this for you but the timer will start from day 1 so you won’t be getting the days back that you have already been online. Sad but true there is a buy in almost every part of the game.
