Some ppl i knew in other games used VPN to improve the prices, wich for sure is illegal, and i think it’s easy asf for NeoMon mods to see who used vpns to make purchases , i guess if you wait more than 3-4hrs(The travel time) and buy in another region(Not with VPN) you should be ok.

As far as i know it depends on the game, for games like subway surf etc they are fine and usually it doesnt cause any harm, but for other games like clash of clan they have a pricing rule than it violates their policy but as as neo goes vpn was allowed and players from banned countries make purchases like that

Idk then, it would be bad if Neo don’t want to allow the VPN purchases and ppl start doing it, cz then they would take off all the vpns and the banned countries would lose their acces to the game
Your purchasing the game again from official source, your not cheating or using fraudulent payment or manipulation of game save file.
