Disappointing ultra Evo stats bonus, but ah well. Also now his cost isn’t worth it. 8 cost is typically for an unevolved legendary at 5.5*. But he doesn’t even have the stats of your typical SE at 5*, which is already lower than the stats of a 5* Leg.
SEs with 4K atk typically have around 3k defense, he is nowhere near that. I’m expecting the proper bonus upon evolution to 6*, but really the stat bump to 5* is much more in line with a normal evolution than an ultra-Evo.

Wow, okay, so they did go with timestrike all. They found a solution for it all right, I just did not expect that they would get so extreme with it. Seriously, from the looks of it he pretty much cleans up the entire enemy frontline if even one guy is susceptible. Because notice that it says massive damage, the same word they use for 400sec megabomb, which of course doesn’t give a crap about any non UC buff aside from late island challenge. I think this move plus faststrike would make up for his underwhelming stats quite nicely, since he puts a ton of pressure on all the enemies to not get too close or too far away. I’m guessing that the timing is going to be a little more strict though, probably at about 200 seconds minimum. It could also possibly be countered by a protector, the same way poison massacre can- 'cause with massacre it doesn’t matter how many enemies are poisoned if you can’t actually point it at a guy that’s poisoned. Likewise, if Chronozar can’t aim at the guy that has 200+ seconds, it’ll be wasted. However it’d be quite easy to counter, as you could simply make the protector absorb a stun if he’s an absorber, otherwise just, you know, stun him normally, then point it at him instead. I bet later on they’ll release a stun immune protector, that would be an excellent counter to him. I get the feeling we’ll need it too, because this guy is going to be positively devastating.
Damn. It has stun immunity too. This is truly a time beast.
What ingredients are need to evolve to legendary?

Agreeing on all points. Would be interesting to know whether it will work in the same way as poison massacre does, the more enemies have high TU the more damage it deals, anyway this move is really powerful.

If you have a protector, then you can stun pulse it. Then timestrike all for 10000000000 damage.
