Can't login back, because of safe code

I can’t Open my Account it’s just say error over and over again. I just use some safe code and I can’t open it

I already do uninstall and install not of it work, what is wrong in this safe code? I try it for the first time and now I can’t log in my account.

Did you ever set a safe code? If not, leave it blank
