Does someone know why is this happening? I try to start the app and the screen stay bugged and only shows charging…

How long stayed like this?
My phone takes 8 minutes to load into the game on this screen. It goes to ~80% (as you see above) then stays there for the 8 minutes until finally finishing loading. If you’re using an older or slower device this will probably be the case (but probably not as bad as my 8 minutes).
It’s not a bug if it waits like this for a long time. Your device is simply taking a very long time to load things. Ignore the loading bar and learn the time it takes… see if it is the same time each login (like mine).
My phone luckly is quite fast and with my huge database launch the game in between 3-5 minutes. Last test was 3.18 min to launch my entire database.
It happened to me
I screenshoted the restore code and uninstalled the game then I installed and restored the account with the restore code
