I have no idea … I was playing and suddenly this happened:

We can say “The Penguinator” has so much brute force that it breaks with everything. :smiling_imp:

I also had this issue. I noticed that it happens to monsters were I used repulse on.

I think it happened when I use the Wraitchcaptain SS, when I die, I enter as a poisoned monster.

We are looking into this issue right now.
It seems there is no guaranteed way to reproduce this.
Any information will be helpful.
