Hoy entrando a mi juego, trato de jugar en modo online, y sorpresa resulta estoy baneado del modo online, saben si se puede recuperar?
parece que ha descargado neo monster de un sitio web y no de la tienda de juegos, otros jugadores podrían ayudarlo también, el foro no está en español sino en inglés, así que use un traductor cuando quiera hablar sobre algo en el foro

Siempre debes escribir en inglés en el forum o tu thread será cerrado. Sobre tu problema, si tienes una aplicación de Neo descargada por algún sitio que no sea Google play, violas los términos de servicio y por tanto te banean. Es posible que eso haya pasado? (Respuesta en inglés)
