Army move and "pack" move (don't know its name)

I have two questions:

Vortexor “Army Wind” refers to ALL the air allies in your formation? Example: I have 10 air allies, so it’s 50% x 10 = 500% more damage?

And what about the weaker version of Army move that hits only one ark?

It’s only counting the arks active.
