The reason they are taking so long is literally because of the backlash caused by mythic cost increase.
They are in a meeting rn deciding whether to make it 14 or not.

The increase cost is justified, the game shouldnt be just about mythic spam the beauty from it using all type. Legendaries super epics, epics and below
