How can he compare a monster that need to use 255 secs to charge his main attack that is also situational and not piercing or ignoring revenge with a myth that can sweep after 34 secs and every 34 secs, last night I did Nyx BQ 100-120 using just KD’s Selene and I didn’t lost any battle which is crazy enough for me, not gonna even mention her in PvP
Selene is a monster that give u a free win, just like cyclo, they both have the power to kill a whole team if the enemy can’t stop them, which is crazy, a monster never should have the power to kill a whole team and definitely not so easy

With the release of carmilette sleep FL are dead and she is a whatever sweeper in mid game and investing in other good water mythics like selene and future water mythics makes him utterly undesirable. Maybe she doesn’t need the complete unnerf but I think she should have the 42TU demoralise back. It doesn’t makes sense that most of her moves that are not the blood move are low TU but her SS is 110

Both serve different purposes and i stated that facing Obsydia is more troublesome for me and states my reasons why. Read carefully
Selene is a sweeper that struggles against slower teams where she would need to complete the entire circle to get a kill off, unlike other sweepers like vixienblade or rhinedragon where they can start smashing on first skill
Also with the release of carmilette FL OoO is almost gone, making it harder to set her up.
She is strong but not broken as some make her sound
Obsydia on the other hand provides control and insane defense. She takes out a monster for 300 seconds no restriction and provides you with stun protection during the whole time
I don’t understand how it’s easier for you to deal with Selene compared to Obsydia. If anything Obsydia has more weaknesses (humanoid + stealth) and doesn’t have the HP boost to start with. If you have a man eater they will both die instantly anyway so it’s the same. Selene can just get a lot of kills in a spam of 250 seconds where Obsidya only get 1 and afterwards she has that stupid 100 second restriction that makes absolute no sense and you might end up with no targets for her. Even the stun protection only offer a reduction and you would still get stunned but with less seconds. I agree they serve different purposes but overall Selene can cause a lot more damage if you don’t take her out quickly.
The answer is simple,
Because i run tengoku where i use removal on Selene and would struggle against Obsidya defense boost
I can force players to kill with selene and bring in my tengoku remove and copy something.
Its alot easier for me to deal with selene
And if she is played in FL i have Nyx and a bunch of slower monsters where she would struggle to kill anything until she gets to the end of the circle
So you are saying that your particular team can deal with Selene better than with Obsybdia so that means Obsybdia is stronger than Selene. Okay. Got it.

If you target obsidya and another stealth target you can probably one shot obsidya
