I have recenlty bought an account for the game evertale from a famous online platform but I just found that the seller was selling this account for multiple times. Did anyone ever able to change the account restore id? The seller could someday just sell the account again and the code is already not safe.
This is why you should not buy accounts. You should do so at your own risk. The company does not support account selling/gifting/trading so they will not change the restore code and the original owner can always take it back, delete everything on the account or give other people access to the account.

According to everything except the part that the original owner will always be able to recover it. You can always recover it as long as the person who currently has the account is not a whale and you are a passive spender
