Beside online mission, is there other place where i can find green bottles?

Only places it appears are:
Ingredient Missions -> Pixies & Bottles
And
Missions -> Chapter 2 -> Earth Ruins -> Dungeon

I’m assuming green bottles means the Earth element bottles because Skullbottles are green also. Only places the Earth element bottle appears are:
Ingredient Missions -> Pixies & Bottles
And
Missions -> Chapter 2 -> Earth Ruins -> Dungeon

In case you meant the Skullbottle it appears in Pixies & Bottles as well of course and
Missions -> Chapter 2 -> Dark Ruins -> Dungeon

Its actually called greenbottle
