I cannot seem to buy 10 Eggs at once!!! It has been happening quite over and over

Did you buy 20 gems. What’s really scummy is that the free ones from the 2x bonus don’t count So you either have to buy the 4th pack or some combo of the first 3 to make up the 20.
You probably didn’t buy (enough) gems. Those eggs can only be hatched with gems you paid for
