Im currently at azundal or something like that, and I would love to find a Nilo. Where do i find it? and Where do i find its recipe.
The Nilomoth recipe quest can be found in Yelan. Just head over there 
EDIT: You are not to Yelan yet. Once you get there, is when you get the recipe.

I assume it’s 1/80. In my personal experience, I’ve found that nitomoth is much more effective then the evolved form.

Catch both evolve one full and fuse the other, problem solved!
Personally I find that he spawns more commonly just east of Vasek. But that might just be my personal experience. I had 400 encounters and caught 12. The EXACT spot didn’t seem to matter
