Hit the Dungeon in Stage 4 …usually they appear .

Online -> Ultra evo & events -> Ingredient missions -> Mouths of Truth
OR
Online -> Missions -> Chapter 4 -> Choose a temple -> Go to the dungeon. Sometimes spawns in wild battles.
