this restore code has alreadybeen used 10 times within this year. if you need to restore your save data again, please contact customer support at: neomosupport.restore@zigzagame.net

Exactly what it says, the restore codes have a 10 use limit but the devs can manually unlock it so you can use it more than ten times if necessary. Contact them at that address and they’ll help you out, or alternatively send them a message on the neo monsters facebook page and they’ll get back to you when they can.

Also remember this is the english forum, try and keep the russian titles to the russian subforum please.

I swear we had different language subforums at one point, I can’t seem to find then now though. I might just be going mad. That’s definitely a possibility.

Ты можешь использовать свой код только 10 раз в год. Напиши создателям игры и запроси следующее -

“I have already used my restore code 10 times this year and need it manually unlocked” .

Так же не забудь написать им информацию своего аккаунта. Пиши если что

Это не ссылка, это электронная почта разработчиков игры. Напиши туда “I’ve used my restore code more than 10 times this year, could you please reset it? Many thanks in advance” Ещё не забудь им написать твой Friend Code (это код которым друзей можешь добавлять в игре). Они тебе ответят, скорее всего после выходных, и помогут. По идеи в этом форуме разрешается только английский язык.

I’ve just explained how and what to do to get the restore code restored. In addition I’ve told him that usually only English is allowed on the forum. Does someone know if there is a Russian forum and could provide a link?

Why is the restore code limited in use in the first place? Isn’t this creating only more work for you guys?

It prevents users from abusing the function, and it is good for our servers too. Moreover, players may lose some progress every time they restore their save data.

Hey DEV VKC ,
He said that he would use his restore code so often because he would play the game on multiple devices.
His user name is деку (Deku) . He does not remember his code…
