Stupid Question - Flarerunner

I’ve been walking all over the area around the first three towns and cannot for the life of me where to get a flarerunner (to get flamorider), can someone help jog my memory so I can get on with the game? Thanks -.-

Hi Malletgirl, 

flarerunner is in the cave east of maldan.  malden is found south of Geat
