I Download NeoMonster days before and all is perfect but, The game It won’t let me connect to the internet. It star a download before three days y does not advance, It’s been like this for three days and I can’t play in peace.
Someone cant help me?

Hello Isabella, I am not sure but maybe this will help you.
This happens 2 times with me.
Whenever I start game, a loading screen appears and when it’s 80 percentile it stops and never completes so I remember my restore code (which will help me to recover game) and delete game. I again download neo monster and it works perfectly.After 3 weeks same problem occur I used same solition and it works again.
After clicking on game icon, loading screen completed, then I restore my code from setting and enjoying it.
