why my restore code are says invalid, im og player so i still have the screenshot of my restore code but when i tried it now it says invalid help me fix it i want to play neo monster again
If you had a safe code when you left the game, you should enter it as well; you need both.
i dont have cuz my restore code is from 2017 neomonster dont have safe code that time
Make sure there are no spaces at the end and that all letters are lowercase.

Then you should contact game support, send a screenshot of your restore code, and they will be able to help you.
Please contact our support team and provide your account information.
If someone else is using or has used your account, they may have set up the Safe Code. In that case, you will need the Safe Code in order to recover your account.
i already contact it but they said this “inactive for a long time may no longer be restorable” sad for me

Please confirm or deny this information @Dev_VKC that inactive accounts will get invalid after a specific amount of time.
This is important to know, because I personally tend to not play games for a few month and even years and come back to play actively again and I’m sure that I’m not the only one.
I hope you can still get your account back @Stanley since you did nothing wrong from your side. And if you have to start new, the game has changed so much over the years, that you’ll quickly get a nice account again.

During server maintenance in late 2024, we removed some old accounts that had been inactive since 2019.
