Hi guys. I am new to forum but it’s my second anniversary of game. I have a question, am I the only one who didn’t like the passive of galvbane legendary form? For me it’s like excessive force with a small restriction to use it. Well, If it gets an immunity also with this passive or something else like focus etc, then I really like it’s new form. Don’t mind, if you don’t like my comment. I am saying it because I really like galvbane and don’t want it to become a legendary people don’t like. Sorry for my poor English.
@Dev_VKC Could we upgrade the friendchest with some evolutionitems ?
even if it’s only the basic stuff XD
Add friend chest myth and legendary, only available in there ![]()
Maybe… but dont you have a ton of friend points? For players like me, whose monsters hardly get chosen, that’d be bad
Only 6.7 million, pocket exchange
I wasn’t too sure about the art, but quite funny to read through these 200 posts and see it was the most controversial thing!
As an old timer and someone who’s always done the PvE events I was able to instantly evolve them. Having so many ingredients doesn’t happen naturally though. I think it’s a good way of the Devs balancing access to them. Rather than needing some really rare ingredients or something that would hold you back from evolving your other legendaries/mythics, it’s something you can easily grind for from a very early point in the game.
I think people are generally correct that these free legendaries aren’t top tier, but VKC said somewhere how they’re stronger than they look because they have high speed and I think that’s true. It also makes them very hard to balance. Lots of moves/designs they could go with would make them too strong.
The best of the bunch I’d say is Wolfenrir. Dual slayerbane with full attack deals respectable damage and makes it generically useful in almost every battle. High speed means it’s going to come in and wipe out two enemies very regularly, swinging things in your favour. That’s made doubly strong because it has hold ground and stun revenge, so it’s awkward to kill. On subsequent turns if it can’t dual slayerbane then it can charge a piercing kill or otherwise heal and pass time to punish the enemies as soon as they kill something else.
Second I’d say is Galvbishamon. While all it gains is a situational excessive force, the change to stun means people will likely lessen their reliance on stun immunes so it can do the pulse → timestrike for a piercing kill pretty reliably. After that it’s 100TU piercing sweeping which honestly is very strong. Overall, it seems like a decent enough sweeper for 13 cost and brings back the good old days where Galvbane saw play in PvP.
Viridrexus is mostly about the SS for countering poison. It was never a PvP monster in the first place so it’s got a cool use now for either a poison end-game meta or specific PvE battles.
Raidkong is the only real disappointment for me. It was probably the hardest to upgrade the moveset without going OP. I hope it can be tweaked a bit.
All except Raidkong I think will be excellent monsters for new players to obtain. Viridrexus and Wolfenrir are especially good for PvE thanks to their healing and multi-use critical moves.
For veterans I think those top two are genuinely good and should see play in PvP. The only issue is their low defence and HP will make them feel like super epics, especially compared to all the tanky stuff we have running around. Their hold ground definitely helps a lot with that, but they’ll feel a bit like Bundam I bet.
I can not believe I misread it this whole time and no one corrected me
Only thing I see here is you are not even close to HR 300, thought you were hardcore pve player
Doesnt Killerdogs’ main account have a hr of 299?
Yeah I started out easily on track for HR 300 by the anniversary but work got progressively more time consuming over the summer as I was doing enough work for 2 people plus also overseeing someone on a major project, then post-summer we hired someone to relieve me of the workload but of course the first few weeks are me training them plus checking everything they do (spotting the bugs in their code) so I don’t get the relief until later. Being busy at work makes a difference for my MBQ grinding because for some tasks I can have auto-play going and I start the next battle every few mins, but when it’s stuff I have to concentrate lots on / I need to work as fast as possible then I can’t spare the corner of my brain that reminds me to enter the next battle on my phone.
Long story short, I’ll reach it in Jan-Feb I reckon.
What’s your current rating? On your main account that is
I only have one account
I was under the impression you have 2 haha…Sorry!
Unown was just making a joke because you can see in the screenshot I’m HR 299 and he thought by now I’d be very close to 300. We’ve both been grinding MBQ for the past year and he overtook me by a lot.
Oh!! Sorry, I did not actually get the context…
Unown did that much before you didnt they?
I was something like 296 when we started and Unown was roughly 290. I can’t remember where I was when he overtook but Unown documented his progress pretty well in another thread
I saw that!! How many players have reached this milestone btw?
I guess only Unown and Hen reached HR300 yet.
