Almost certain Flufferno has a chance of appearing in every single one of the online mission dungeons. Just revisited Chapter 3 Lost Valley dungeon and Chapter 4 Hidden Temple dungeon so it appears in those two for sure. 

Fluffkit, the primary form of Flufferno can be found offline on Cursed Island, on the grass path north of Rashar.

Its cursed island, dont remember exactly where but he is a rare so it will show up on top right of screen
