Hey, I’m also a Neo monster player as like you guys. Today when I opened the game in the morning and went on exploring online section it said downloading some stuffs. Underneath it was mentioned that the downloading content was of 39mb. After 5-6 minutes it was frozen at the same label. Then I thought I would uninstall and reinstall it and by the transfer code I can easily log-in. After reinstallation when I tried opening by transfer code along with the safe code. Then after some seconds it said restoration failed either due to poor internet connection or invalid safe code. But I swear it was correct. Now I can’t open my game…..

Last login - I don’t know exactly but it’s somewhere between 12th or 11th February.
I would like to mention that when I didn’t have a safe code (the safe code feature was available but I’ve never created one) back then the restorations were so quick and effective.
But months later I somehow thought it would be an extra protection to my progress…
Unfortunately after setting up my safe code I just can’t restore the progress (it’s my 1st attempt to login via a safe code, I’ve never used the safe code before)
I think there’s something glitchy about the safe code….
Plz brother tell me what should I do
