I’m trying to figure out how to start another save file. Can anyone help??
This is currently not possible but it has been suggested before.
Can you delete your original file?
In order to start a new file, you need to delete the game and redownload it (no worries, don’t have to pay again) and go through the whole new game thing again. Hopefully they add a multiple save file function (like in Hunter Island and Dragon Island Blue) in the coming months, though it may not be a priority at this given time.
