I would say that it does not seem like the players who pay have an advantage but that does not bother me, it bothers me that there is a list that triples that advantage
Triple! So a broken user with 90 % winratio will now have 270 % winratio because of the list?!

yes, but do not focus on wr if not on the difficulty of the fight still that can lose with another p2w but not with f2p
