Silver and gold keys take 24 hours to regenerate one. The devs gave out a silver and gold key because of server issues from a few days ago. To claim them, go to:
Online -> free gems -> Tower Tournament Access Issue
If you want other players to add you, you have to provide your friend code. You can find your friend code at:
Online -> Community -> Add a Friend
