Nope, Monster Island was the first name for the game, but they had to change it due to trademarks.
If you mean hunter island then yes, it’s a completely different game. Hunter island was the game zigzag developed before this one, and was ultimately shut down in favour of neo monsters. It shares some of the same artwork and concepts but is effectively a different game.
That’s also the reason behind the URL for those of you interested.
