Opening multiple threads might not be helpful for finding a solution, but might violate the forum rules.
Please be patient or accept that the information you provided to the support team is not sufficient.
We all hope that you will get your account back, but it’s not in our power to decide.
If you didn’t pay anything, neither got to the point of writing down your restore code, your account might not be that advanced and you can try to start over until the support replies to you.
