Enter the battle and take a screenshot or list every enemy monster
If you don’t know how to screenshot then go ahead and google it on whatever device you’re using. For Apple products it’s home button + power button, if you don’t have a home button use volume up instead.

For Android it is power button + volume down (on most I think).
