Disagree. You wouldn’t believe the top tier players I beat with a team of SEs.
I just beaten SCB with 4 monsters, 3 SE and 1 super rare (3 stars).
But team building does not exist

The second meme is a bit odd. Who would deny the fact better monsters leads to better results? 
There wouldn’t be “better” and “worse” monsters if that wasn’t the case, it’s a tautology
