Can't get back the progress

Hello, I’m from Cuba and I installed the game on a page called androidlista last year and this year on Google Play for a limited time it told me that I could update it for free and I did and when I enter the game it tells me Download Process and it’s been an hour and it doesn’t progress . What should I do?

Hola,soy de cuba e instale el juego en una pagina que se llama androidlista el año pasado y este año en Google Play por tiempo limitado me dijo que lo podia actualizar gratis y lo hice y cuando entro al juego me dice Proceso de Descarga y ya una hora y no avanza. ¿Que hago?
