Itā€™s not a new mon. It was released several months ago while Iā€™m not active in the Neomon community.

It is new. However, it became possible to meet in battles a while ago. This is the other thread about it: New Moji

anyone been doing some testing with it? i think it should be given 80% speed or more. that way you could use it with monsters like lilylybdia or scyberithe. no need for such slow speed as it doesnā€™t give turns in the classical manner
