Hey guys,
I would love to hear your opinions on which assorted egg pack is the best. Preferably a ranking from 1. to 4.
also, are they worth their price in paid gems?
none of them unless you are missing the last copy of the Mythic in the egg.
so you would advice against buying any of them?
i bought the one containing poisomoth because it’s such a strong monster. was thinking about getting the one with doomengine next because of his strength against bot monsters.
They’re hard to rank because all of them have their positives and negatives.
Mistletorment: quite bad, Dragaia: absolute trash tier legendary, Dreadmoth: one of the best SE, better than some legendaries.
Novemdomina: only good for link fire (if you have many good fire monsters), Doomengine: great PvE legendary, Searguard: used to be great, now only average SE
Deviladus: Not very good mythic but can be useful, Oniblade: useful monster, can be good for PvE and PvP, Jackalhotep: average SE
Kuraokami: Average, easy to use mythic. Yuki spam can take you far in PvE, Mechaviathan: trash legendary nowadays, Frozmaw: worse than average SE.

If you want to get specific super epics and legendaries then go for them, but buying them just to get 2nd form mythics is not worth. I would advise to get them when you are missing just that last shard to awaken.

thanks for the in depth review! i’ll just hold on to my paid gems for now or spend them on pvp season passes (that’s the best value, right?)

A general rule, new monsters are going to be stronger then old monsters, try to aim for the new guys, old monsters will usually receive a nerf or be on discount during October thats the time you want to grab them
There are some you want to have that are generally top
Vixienblade: one of the strongest mythics in the game, was insane before water carmilla and still strong to today game. Aiming this guy will mean that you dont have to go for other water mythics
Momo and white unicorn: one of the best stun Counters
Tengoku is great for pve and pvp
These are just on top of my head by you get the point, aim for the strongest and the new
Old monsters that are weak do get a buff once in every blue moon, dont bother too much with them until they are buffed
alright man, that makes sense. i was just thinking about what to use my paid gems on most wisely but i guess pvp pass and mythic banners it is then👍🏽
Honestly, save em for the paid banners. Guaranteed mythic banners > pvp rewards. Especially if you don’t have a lot of paid gems in general
i’ll try to. saving up in game currencies has never been my strength but i’ll try to resist spending them lol
