I suppose I’ll put this to bed and just leave this here.
I’ve spent twice on this game now and through events and online/offline activities/acheivements and others I have been consistently acquiring 150 to 200 gems per month since late November/early December. 6 months of 200 per month (not even counting the new years/easter login bonuses) equates to around 1200 gems, and considering this Roccolossus pack and the Bloomluga pack we just had were 2 of the only non-festival eggs I’ve ever used gems on, the ratio should work out roughly that way for my eggs. I mean 1200 with 6% chance each time for the festivals would put my total legends at right around 72, which is close to accurate for what I have currently. Factor in the countless Rare Eggs I’ve hatched are at least 40 at this point with a 40% chance of legends from that would net me another 16 legs or so, from a technical standpoint, I have less legs than I should if we go by the odds lol
Guys, please don’t use the meme thread to call other players stupid or be rude to one another unless it’s fun between friends. I decided to remove the whole conversation because after removing the bad bits what was left didn’t make much sense.
@DMG_LUCKDRAGON Don’t worry about defending yourself. Whether people spend or not and how much they spend is totally up to them. Nobody should need to feel guilty about having bad luck or spending to get some monsters. Btw you did some shoddy maths right there doing 1200 * 0.061. That’s counting eggs as 1 gem each. The average legendaries from 1200 gems, spent only in festivals, is actually 18 rather than 72. With 18 + rare eggs I can’t imagine someone being at much over 30 legendaries after 6 months of free play. That’s why your ~70 looks ridiculous.
It doesn’t work like that though. The thing you forget about is the fact that you hatch NEW legends all the time. You get virtually no dupes, except if they’re Mythics, which actually works in your favour. Your luck is much better than average, please don’t try to downplay it
