Somehow this dude doesn’t seem to be anywhere on the forum, and either nobody noticed or nobody cared. As far as I know he is a new monster (right?)… So for the sake of completeness and posterity, here’s the traditional poll.
For an SE he really seems to be quite good, I’m surprised I haven’t seen it even mentioned on the forum up till now!
He lacks HG, but instead resurrects on death, meaning in practice it still usually takes two hits to kill him. He also has lava entrance + bloodfury, which means anything at 1hp when he comes out automatically charges bloodfury.
And, when he does comes back, assuming he can get a turn, there’s a very high chance to be able to use piercing slayerbane all (assuming you haven’t already killed the thing that killed it). Which for pvp may net you a few kills but in pve probably won’t do much against buffed enemies.
Overall the low attack (along with no HG) probably limits his use in late-stage pve, but really this is still a pretty solid SE… Having access to piercing bloodfury with no special restrictions is very unique for a 5★ monster!
My experience here is all based on SCB use though, I didn’t have the patience to nab him in the event.

Anybody test him yet ? I’m not planning to evo him . Feels rather easy to kill with only void kinslayer and rebirth core .

Slayerbane all I am pretty sure is meant to use when u get into 2nd rev form …
The initial slayerbane all is just weak kinda like lemon.
With excessive it should have an easy time killing a bunch of stuff hopefully
I expect it’ll be a lot more effective in pvp than pve. The attack stat is pretty low and “X all” moves generally do quite a bit less damage than the same “X” moves, if you know what I mean.
So even with piercing it may not be all that exciting in pve, but in pvp I would imagine it’d fare better.
the reborn 2nd version of him with piercing/ excessive force is very powerful. it’s able to one shot on critical
Fun fact , you can kill it yourself to revive him instantly 
Is it meta defining? yes and no. It’s a good put-anywhere-in-your-team unit that will have value in some way for just 10 cost, just held back by initial damage, but that is not difficult to work around
Is it irritating to deal with? Yes, revival in general is irritating. The fact that it’s moveset indirectly benefits from being killed makes this a threat to address no matter what.
i’d rank it more or less as threatening as Damuele for the cost vs value
too many waifus .. the attack stat doesn’t matter when we have moves like headhunter into bloodfury
The skill kit is solid, but its damage is way too low. Human Slayer only hits for around 3000 damage, compared to Ogre Warrior. Still, it’s pretty good for a 5-star unit.
