Why can't i find opponent in pvp

Can I use VPN???

@Dev_VKC Am having problem with pvp match making as it always displays “connecting to server” then throw me out. Can I use VPN to play PvP? Is there any possibility that my account getting banned if I use VPN? Clarification needed (FYI - game let me play all other online events and only issue with playing PvP)
