Critical request to devs regarding to monster analysis and changes

Legs that need help: Rexotyrant: he is bulky and offensive mon but with a failing ss. The ss ‘swift chronokiller’ is average and cannot one shot a handful of decent leggies like deathgazer etc. I think it will be beneficial for him to have instant retribution or swift terrorize(best , since he’s a t-rex).
