to me, her passive revenge is an added bonus on top of Retaliate - as long as there’s an enemy with 1 kill, you can keep hitting enemies that have no kills with Retaliate, then when Isoldelle dies, she also gets rid of the enemies with kills.
Hell, the passive says “when this monster is killed by another monster”, meaning you can trigger it via an ally! She looks stronk

Does the enemy that killed her also dies? If it was its first kill? 
Edit: yes she does. So it is a payback revenge with auto slayerbreak on the rest of the enemies.

Both passive skills can be triggered by ally monsters.
What monster did you use to kill her? And what happened?

I used her in bond quests and used a exo cross to backbite her after one of my monsters died to try and check
Things were poisoned now that i think about it ill try again maybe it was just bad timing on my side

If i am correct she can kill herself and kill all enemies with her that have a kill. Seems broken tbh

Tbf Exo is a already a potent monster but a small change like this would make it a little more useable in PvP
Its honestly alot more common than it should be the same move just having diffrent secs
The most noteble example of this was sivanna and rainbow snek before buff
But sivanna being 20 secs slower on all moves for some reason
Idk if its just a oversight or what but id like em to be the same

Sivanna just got adjusted so that it’s in line with others. But it’s just weird that now they do this again…

Your right. I misread that part my mistake.
Exo’s backbite is a way to get it’s blood move charged . This backbite is for survival with its stacking defense
