Hmm, what decent Super Epics do you have? just because it’s PvP doesn’t mean if you aren’t running Mythics and Legendary monsters, you will be losing 100% of the time. Theres actually a lot of useable SE monsters. and they are a bit easier to get.
I think instead of using kattmander , you should change it with the blood clone next pink flower(forgot the name) 
Guess you have atra or auro , nephethys , or zaran
can limit. She does fan service , the above mentioned monster revive them , then the new comes in , and the original is revived at 1 hp or 25% . Then the fan service ends , it is revived and the cycle continues.

Good Day everyone, Can some one help me build a good team, and if possible for pve and pvp and also any advice who to evolve
Evolve Pontibear and Prismpaw. Together with Leoronix and lets say Demolitron (for protector and payback killer) you can form a decent fast link holy front line. Put blitzdyr 5th to keep the holy link then maybe use 2nd form Sloth to make a wall to allow blitzdyr to clone a bit. (you can also potentially use the rockoids created by blitzdyr dying to opponent to heal the sloth if i remember its moveset correctly).
Put Geartyrant 7th
In 8th place use Shinobidragon followed by Wraithcaptain for a small sleep control section. Hopefully you can sleep stuff until geartyrant kills it. Follow it up with the robot water mammoth autoprotector.
Put Wolfrozor 11th, Galvbane 12th, Ventikaiser 13th, Scarleguard (good to evolve him) 14th, Tenebris 15th and if u have any space left put a random monster with give turn or autoprotect last.
