I know my opinion on this game isn’t of any interest to anyone on this forum because I’m a free-to-play player by necessity, since I live in Cuba. Even though I’ve been playing for a very long time and I love this game more than any other, I want to tell you that with each passing day and each update, they’re ruining the gameplay even more. It’s not fun to play like it used to be; now strategy has taken a backseat. Now you only find teams made up of complete Mythic+ units, or worse, the pile of inventions they’ve created with Pyramids, CWs, and any of those other monster families that are useless and practically impossible to kill. The game loses all meaning with teams like these. Greetings to all. ---

Although… perhaps it’s not the new monsters or the gameplay changes that are ruining the game, but rather the matchmaking system. Something I’ve noticed is the terrible matchmaking system; the power disparity between opposing teams is enormous. My account is only 5 months old, so my collection is small, my hero rank is 127, and I’ve encountered players with twice my hero rank, paid players with half their team filled with awakened mythics, highly experienced players with teams of legendaries that I can barely do anything against, and so on. I’m just giving my opinion based on my perspective, and I might be wrong, but without a doubt, it’s something that should change. @Dev_VKC ---

Brother, I don’t know how many times I have to tell the game developers that my account has a problem, and nobody listens. It’s really hard to play without protectors or sleepy entrances because they never work for me, and every time the enemies enter while asleep, they always manage to put the monster that’s supposed to be on my turn to sleep. Of all the free-to-play players I know, most have had help buying at least a minimum number of gems in the shop at some point in their game, and you’re telling me that the things that happen to me on this PlayStation don’t happen to them? I’m only telling you what happens to me all the time so I don’t have to tell you about other random things that have happened to me too. I’ve been playing for over four years, I’m rank 385, I’ve had about 12 wake-ups, I don’t consider myself bad at this game, and even so, I’ve only managed to reach the top 100 once in my life, and I’ve played every season, with different teams and different strategies. But every time it happens, I no longer just have to face those absurd mythical teams, as if they don’t know how to play with anything else in the game. Now I also have to deal with the families of monsters they’ve created that anyone can have on a team and are practically indestructible, like those pyramids, CWs, and DFs. They’ve ruined the game. Because most people play with that kind of team, and then you have to build a team that counters all of that. It’s just for fun. ---
