I have the same problem; it’s stuck at 35MB, and the data usage shows that Neo Monsters has consumed 500MB today. I’ve spent hours trying to play

We may have found the issue.
We’ll release a patch to fix it as soon as possible.

Thank God—I uninstalled and reinstalled it more than three times, but nothing worked; the download kept stopping at 589. It’s a relief they managed to find the error. Hopefully, the patch doesn’t take too long so I don’t miss out on the new Mythic

@Dev_VKC Monster with full training point appears in the training session list.
Edit: I mean the holy bird with 60 training points shown in the list even though it doesn’t need any de-aging fruit as of now
Once you train them 100% they will disappear from the list. All of the monsters in your list need training.

Two things: I installed the game along with the new update today; the download went quickly and everything seemed fine. However, I’ve tried to play but it’s impossible—I literally have no connection inside the game, yet when I exit, my other apps work perfectly with full internet speed. Also, as you can see in the image, I have 65 gems; when I try to open a 40-gem pack, it tells me I don’t have enough gems. Seriously? This really kills the desire to play.

The game bugged on me, the screen froze and kept blinking but I can hear my opponent still attacking my team tho

What monster entered or died, or what skill did you or your opponent used?
This looks like unstable internet issue.
Did it fix after you restarted? Or you still couldn’t hatch now although you have 40+ gems?
Pvp disconnected when i used oniblade’s dreamhunt . I was able to connect back but my that turn skipped .
Also the balck screen problem that happens when we lost connection in middle of match is still not fixed.

Después de reinstalar el juego actualizar ya había solucionado el problema pero volvió a ocurrir, se queda congelado justo en ese punto en el momento q entro al juego, y no avanza más, no es problema de conexión, ambas veces a sucedido después de q mi teléfono se quedase sin batería, una vez mientras gastaba unos tickets en misiones de búsqueda de vínculo poco antes de q se reiniciasen las misiones diarias y hoy mientras lanzaba unas gemas raras, el único factor común fue q el se quedó sin batería y es lo q al parecer Ocasionó el error.
Espero q no sea difícil de solucionar yq puedan corregirlo rápidamente, reinstalar el juego es solo una solución temporal, espero q puedan corregirlo completamente sin necesidad de llegar a eso.
I used sinful from rinmu on Archeo, thats all nothing else and game kicked me out for reconnection i reconnected and it was frozen like this
@Dev_VKC my download is stuck at 18 mb now for almost 15 minutes, it never happened before this is first time it got stuck.
