# Nubis is gone

Basically, I’ve finished the tornament and I should’ve got my nubis, however I haven’t got him and when I go to the area it says I’ve done it and can’t claim him, help

This has been reported before. Sorry, I don’t believe it is recoverable. What causes it is if you claim Nubis, then quit the game before joining a town again, as coming into a town is how the game saves. So you did claim it, and the arena has the lock on it like you did, but the Nubis didn’t get saved, so… He is gone for now, sorry bro ☹ By the way though, Nubis isn’t even that good. Don’t worry 😃
