some other robot monsters have meaning in their names, for example: Penguinator = penguin + Terminator.
willing to bet the name itself has no particular meaning, and itās just codenames chosen in order to convey a sense of evolution.

Oh yes, one more thing, what do you think the name āEonarxā came from? I think this is the only monster left and I donāt know what that means
I tried to randomize the letters, but still couldnāt find a clue. It occurred to me they used abbreviationsš
Eon is something that is timeless or lived for a very long time (English).
Arx means citadel in latin (basically where a city is joined to the fortifications).
So basically itās an ageless fortified being.
You can imagine it being this thing thatās lived under the ground forever and has now been disturbed (it looks incredibly angry like this has happened). Itās clearly heavily armoured and the fact itās joined to a volcano means it was probably joined to the land and that goes with the full definition of a citadel (the joined part). Citadels are often referred to / used in fantasy / pop-culture as these immense fortified places, which fits with how enormous this monster is.
I may be looking into some aspects a little too hard there but thatās how I understood it.

alphabet mixing from Eonarx + quakthar + gaiamore = Earthquake + Gaia + Morax.
